The Person
Aditi Bhatia is the founder of Avec Amour. Her career spanned some of hospitality's biggest names — Accor Hotels, The Taj Hotels and ITC Hotels — before she made the decision to leave a day job behind and pursue baking as her real passion.
The Beginning
Hotels taught her precision, standards, and how to make an occasion feel considered. Baking gave her something a hotel career couldn't: the chance to make something entirely her own.
The Style
Aditi's creative signature is naked desserts and naked cakes — visually open, with layers, fillings, fruit, cream and texture visible rather than hidden beneath heavy decoration — alongside summery colours, blooming florals, and her own reinterpretation of classic flavours. In her own words:
